After having a wonderful night in with a few of my girly friends last week, I decided a sleepover swap would be great fun.
So girls, hands in the air if you want to join in.

Imagine yourself in Grease, at the slumber party, hair in curlers with gossip aplenty.
If you'd like to throw your name into the sleepover swap let me know in the comments, you have until Friday 5th June to enter.
*RULES*
*Each participant must have a blog and must have their contact details readily available/be available.
*You should send around five items, please look at your partners blog and take time to get to know their taste.
* At least one of those items should be homemade - think how lovely it is to receive something lovingly made for you.
*The parcel must be posted by 1st August 2009 and must have a clear return address printed on the reverse of the package.
*Please let me know if you are NOT willing to swap with people from overseas.
*If sending overseas please check posting restrictions for that country.
*Add a button to your blog sidebar. The button is at the top of this post.
Simply right click the image at the top of the screen, copy and save image, then add the image to the side panel and link back to this post. Let me know if you need a hand.
Oh and don't forget to let your friends know!

I think your rules for the swap are very good, if there's one thing from the swap I've just done that I would have different it would be to have those specific rules. The one handmade item is a good idea, so they put some effort in, and being easily contactable and having a blog is essential.
If i hadn't had such a lousy experience with the swap I've just done (my first swap too), I would loved to have joined in, but I'm afraid my experience has made me very wary, so sorry!

I'll have to think about your swap. For the moment it doesn't 'click' for me (probably because I'm just too old and motherly). If you write more about it maybe I'll 'get' it and join in!
Anyway, what you said on my blog about riding a bike: I learned at the fairly grand old age of 19 (needs must - fancied a man who lived a cycle ride away at uni - then married him!) Juanitatortilla, my sweet Singaporean blog friend, is learning right now, in her mid 20s. She has some funny videos on her blog of her progress, but it's clearly working!
I've never done a swap before, but this one seems like fun so yes please! Although no abroad posting, just because as there is so much post issues my end [grr] it wouldn't be fair to the person sending to me
Now feeling a little daunted, and not entirely sure if I know what I've got myself in for....

This is a great idea for a swap, if it was later in the year i'd love to join in but i think i'll have to pass as i have another 2 swaps on the go and theres the possibility we may be moving.
